Charlotte’s practice covers all labour and social security law issues, both in terms of advice and litigation.
She assists her clients in their day-to-day management of individual relations (drafting and modification of contracts, dismissal procedures) and collective relations (collective agreements on working hours, remuneration, professional equality) and during restructuring operations (social audits, information-consultation procedures). Charlotte has developed an in-depth expertise in social security law (contestation of work accidents/occupational diseases, asbestos regulations, inexcusable fault), in health and safety and in criminal labour law. She assists HRDs in the prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS) and during internal investigations in cases of harassment.
She regularly advises managers and representatives on negotiating their departure.
Charlotte has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2009. She practiced for 10 years in business law firms (Normand & Associés, Toison & Associés), before creating her own firm dedicated to employment law in 2018 and joining DELCADE as a partner in April 2021.
