Mûre Maestrati advises clients in France and internationally, both in advisory and litigation matters, on issues relating to IT law, data protection, intellectual property and cybersecurity.
She assists clients from the structuring of their projects (IT contracts, e-commerce, platforms, artificial intelligence) through to regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, DORA, NIS 2) – particularly in strategic or sensitive contexts (complex negotiations, distressed IT projects, CNIL investigations, data breaches, external DPO mandates).
Prior to joining DELCADE as a Tech & Data partner, Mûre developed her expertise over several years within leading international law firms, including CMS Francis Lefebvre and White & Case. She also gained in-house experience within the legal department of Visa Europe.
This background enables her to offer a rigorous, agile and pragmatic approach, grounded in a strong understanding of her clients’ technical and business challenges.
She holds degrees from King’s College London, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris-Saclay and was elected “Secrétaire de la Conférence” of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar in 2023.
Alongside her practice, Mûre lectures in digital law in the Information Systems, Networks and Digital Master’s programme at Université Paris Dauphine. She is also a member of the AFCPD (French Association of Data Protection Professionals) and the Fondation des Femmes.
