Natalia Richardson

Natalia advises companies on commercial law matters, particularly international contracts, European regulations, VAT, Incoterms® rules and dispute resolution.

Natalia acts both in an advisory and litigation capacity.

After nearly 15 years of experience as an international in-house legal counsel across various sectors, including the automotive industry, fashion, the food industry and the wine sector, Natalia joined DELCADE in 2020.

Natalia graduated in European Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in International Business and Economic Law and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in International Defence Law.

Natalia teaches Competition Law and Distribution Agreements at EXCELIA School of Business and Economics and also provides training in international trade for both public and private sector organisations.

Natalia has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce extérieur de la France) since 2022.
