DELCADE is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Da Vara as Director of Operations. She joins the firm’s management team and will support DELCADE’s development by coordinating its operational roadmap.
This appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to structuring its organization in a sustainable way, in line with its growth strategy and the evolving expectations of its clients, while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Supporting the firm’s growth and operational structuring
As a member of the management team, Julie Da Vara will focus on three key areas:
- coordinating support teams, with the aim of optimizing internal processes and operational efficiency;
- enhancing visibility and synergies, both internally and externally, in support of the firm’s practices and teams;
- structuring and diversifying the firm’s service offering, working closely with partners and practice groups.
Her role is designed as a transversal function, providing operational support to the firm’s teams and contributing to DELCADE’s long-term development.
A background combining strategy and operations
Julie Da Vara holds a Master’s degree in International Business. She began her career within a Bordeaux-based startup, where she first led international business development before taking on responsibility for operations. This experience enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of growth, organization, and performance management in demanding and fast-evolving environments.
Seeking a new challenge at the intersection of strategy and operations within a highly demanding professional environment, she joins DELCADE to contribute to the firm’s structuring and to the ongoing evolution of the legal profession.
